June 24, 2013 Four years have passed since the first Schutzhund USA Youth Scholarship was awarded. That recipient was Joelynn Zub, daughter of Karen and Craig Groh. As I wrote in my last email, we have been in negotiations with GSDCA/WDA concerning the acceptance of the GSDCA/WDA scorebooks and members in USCA trials. Negotiations temporarily stalled when information was sent to the WUSV/SV by the WDA that was untrue. USCA has and will continue to strive to always comply with the WUSV . . .
