Motion by Pedro Jimenez, NE RD, and seconded by Michele Elmore, Secretary, to waive the regional requirement for USCA member Theresa Wolfe and dog Fanto z Vetneho for the 2023 USCA Nationals.
Background: Theresa Wolfe requests a waiver for the regional requirement to enter the 2023 USCA Nationals. She entered the NE Regional Championship on the weekend of October 7, 2023; however, Fanto was diagnosed by a vet with kennel cough and had to pull. The team currently does not have their qualifying score; however, they are entered in a club trial and hope to receive their qualifying score. Currently, she is just requesting a waiver for the regional requirement.
