Comments:

Heidi Theis: As per the e-ballot, I am including a comment on this one for publication: I fully support retaining stick contact for our GSD breed and I hope breeders & owners will do USP titles in addition to IGP titles, to maintain breed integrity & standards

Jim Alloway: I am not in favor of the long-term removal of stick hits and feel that this is the beginning, not the end, of the watering down of the GSD. Over the next 9 months leading up to the GBM, I think we need to evaluate everything and make sure that decisions and actions are aligned with our core values and ensure, regardless of short-term consequences or pain, that we always prioritize what is best for the breed, not political parties.

Don Yelle: I hope our members see the value of keeping the stress test for the GSD and the breeders use this title to test and keep the mental strength in our breed.
