Motion: by Heidi Theis, NBW, seconded by Nathaniel Roque, DOJ, to restructure the additional filing fees for non-USCA members. This motion will supersede motion EB Motion #18-19.
Effective immediately, all non-USCA members will be charged a $30 filing fee (replacing the previous $50 fee) for entry into any USCA club trial. This fee will be the responsibility of the non-members entered in the local trial.
Should the non-member join USCA within 365 days of completing the trial, the $30 fee will be credited toward their first-year membership dues.
Background:
USCA is committed to growing dog sport in America. We strive to provide greater opportunities to train, trial, and title dogs. We aim for greater involvement and more chances to achieve one’s goals, regardless of breed or affiliation.
Effective immediately, the additional fee will be $30 per entry for a non-USCA member. This fee will continue to be the responsibility of the non-member entered in the trial and not the host club. The fee is not the responsibility of the hosting club. All proceeds from non-member fees are applied equally to judges, helpers, and tracklayer programs.
