EB Ballot # 29-26 – To award USCA Probationary Performance Judge License to Apprentice Judge Pedro Jimenez.

Motion by Nathaniel Roque, DOJ, on behalf of the Judge Committee and seconded by Mike Diehl, DAL, to award USCA Probationary Performance Judge License to Apprentice Judge Pedro Jimenez.

Background:  USCA Apprentice Pedro Jimenez (Virginia) has completed all the requirements that satisfy his apprenticeship in accordance with the USCA Performance Judges Program, Section 11.4.2 and Section 11.4.3.  He has more than met all the minimum requirements, and all of his teaching judges’ reports were positive and commended his work. He completed his final written examination on October 17, 2026, with a passing score of 100%.

The Judge’s Committee has voted to move the process forward.  We believe Pedro will be an excellent representative of USCA as a Performance/Trial Judge and look forward to his professionalism and dedication in that capacity.
