EB Motion #14-26– To award a USCA Probationary Performance Judges License to Apprentice Judge Barbara Molnar

Motion by Mike Diehl, DAL, on behalf of the Judges Committee and seconded by Michele Elmore, Secretary, to award a Probationary Performance/Trial License to Apprentice Judge Barbara Molnar

Background: USCA Apprentice Barbara Molnar (California) has completed all the requirements that satisfy her apprenticeship in accordance with the USCA Performance Judges Program, Section 11.4.2 and Section 11.4.3. She has more than met all the minimum requirements, and all her teaching judge reports were positive and commending of her work.

The Judges Committee voted to move the process forward.

We believe she will be an excellent representative of USCA as a Performance/Trial Judge and look forward to her professionalism and dedication in that capacity.
