Honorary Title of USCA Judge Emeritus to MIKE HAMILTON

Motion:  by Nathaniel Roque, director of Judges, seconded by Frank Phillips, Vice President, to award the honorary title of USCA Judge Emeritus to Mike Hamilton, USCA/SV Judge on his retirement effective close of voting.

Background:  since 1975 Mike Hamilton has served USCA in many positions during his membership, most notably as President of USCA and as a senior USCA/SV Judge.  During his career he led USCA out of a very difficult time in our organization’s history as our president.  As a senior USCA Judge he has mentored many apprentice judges, judged numerous USCA and AWDF national and club level events, and has contributed his time, knowledge, and support to our USCA Judges College over the years.  Mike Hamilton meets all requirements of the Judges Program to be awarded the title Judge Emeritus on his retirement and has the unanimous support of the Judges Committee for this award.
