Exempt Debbie Zappia and Iron von den Wolfen from the 2016 WUSV World Team Qualification / Declaration Process.

Motion: by Mike Diehl, Chair of World Championship Committee, seconded by Sean O’Kane – Treasurer to exempt Debbie Zappia and Iron von den Wolfen from the 2016 WUSV World Team Qualification / Declaration Process.
Background: The United States of America is proud to have in our organization the 2015 WUSV IPO WORLD CHAMPION!!! WUSV rules give an automatic invitation to the winner of the WUSV Champion the year before so Debbie and Iron are automatically entered. By voting yes to this e ballot we will exempt her from having to take part in any qualification process with in USCA. Debbie and Iron will represent the United States as the 6 handler / dog team in the event. The United States will still send in addition to Debbie and Iron 5 teams and an alternate.
Should Debbie decide to show in either the USCA GSD Nationals or Working Dog Championship her placement in the event will not be counted as part of the qualification process. Should she place in the top 5 at Nationals or one of the top 5 German Shepherd Dogs at the WDC her scores and placement will not count toward the qualification process.
(For example if she places 1st at the Nationals then the top 5 dogs for the purposes of making the qualification trial are 2nd place thru 6th place OR if she shows at the WDC and places 1st then the next 5 German Shepherd Dogs will earn spots in the qualification process)
This e ballot in no way excludes Debbie and Iron from earning / winning any placement at our Nationals or WDC Events.
