Award USCA Judge Stanley Craddock a Permanent USCA Judges License

EB Motion #05-21

EB Ballot #05-21 – Award USCA Judge Stanley Craddock a Permanent USCA Judges License

Motion: by Nathaniel Roque, Director of Judges, seconded by Michele Clubb, Secretary, to approve a Permanent USCA Performance / Trial License for Probationary Judge Stanley Craddock.

Background:  The USCA Judges Program requires the General Board or Executive Board to pass the motion to grant / award a USCA Judges Permanent License.  Since he is eligible at this time the motion is presented to the Executive Board. Stanley Craddock as a probationary judge has exceeded his probationary requirements to be awarded a Full License.

The USCA Judges Committee recommends the approval of a Permanent Performance / Trial License for Stanley Craddock.   He has met and exceeded all the requirements as a probationary judge. Stanley has attended all Judges Colleges offered during his probationary period and been an active member of our Judges College Conference Calls and Reviews / Continuing Education Program. He has also volunteered his time to perform the long down judges’ duties at USCA championships.   He has met the required 3 years’ time frame and exceeded the minimum 20 trials required to complete his probation.

By all accounts and follow up evaluation by the DOJ he has shown himself to be an excellent representative of USCA and a fair and correct judge with good skills and knowledge. No complaints have been filed against him during his probationary period.
