Award USCA Judge Arthur Collins a Permanent License

EB #20-16

Motion: by Nathaniel Roque, Director of Judges, seconded by Carolyn Daniel, Secretary, to approve a Permanent USCA Performance / Trial License for Probationary Judge Arthur Collins.

Background,  The USCA Judges Program requires the General Board or Executive Board to pass the motion to grant / award a USCA Judges Permanent License.  Since he is eligible at this time the motion is presented to the Executive Board instead of waiting 6 months to the General Board Meeting.   This probationary judge has exceeded his requirements and should not have to wait another 6 months.

The USCA Judges Committee recommends the approval of a Permanent Performance / Trial License for Arthur Collins.   He has met and exceeded all of the requirements as a probationary judge.   Arthur has attended all Judges Colleges and been an active member of our Judges College Conference Calls and Reviews / Continuing Education Program. He has also volunteered his time to perform the long down judges duties at 2 national championships.   He has far exceeded the required number of trials to complete his probation.  By all accounts and followup evaluation by the DOJ he has shown himself to be an excellent representative of USCA and a fair and correct judge with good skills and knowledge.
