Approve changes to the Breed Survey Rules and Regulations Document

Motion by Heidi Theis, NBW on behalf of BAC and seconded by Michele Elmore, Secretary to approve changes to the Breed Survey Rules and Regulations document to align with WUSV regulations and also no stick contact order for SV breed Survey.

Background:  The Breed Survey Rules and Regulations Document is being updated to align with WUSV regulations and also no stick contact order for SV breed surveys.

USCA Breed Survey will retain stick hits and add a Jump Test.

For your ease, all edits are highlighted, anything with strikethroughs is to be deleted from the document and anything in red font is changed/added.
