Motion by Michele Clubb, Secretary, on behalf of the Board of Inquiry Committee, and seconded by Dennis Vander Linde, DAL, to accept the BOI’s findings regarding the charges filed by USCA member David Green against Aztec Schutzhund Club.
Background: USCA member David Green filed BOI charges against Aztec Schutzhund Club stating that he was intentionally and unreasonably excluded from competing in the 2019 Southwest Regional Championship in violation of USCA’s Trial Procedure.
