Motion by Michele Clubb, Secretary, on behalf of the Board of Inquiry Committee, and seconded by Nathaniel Roque, DOJ, to accept the BOI’s findings regarding the charges filed against North Central Regional Board.
Background: BOI charges were filed by USCA member Max Artemchik against the North Central Regional Board regarding how their 2020 Regional Elections were handled. The BOI Committee investigated the charges and provided their findings and recommendations.
The 14 day window for appeal ended on January 22, 2021 and no appeal was received.
