2017 Reimbursement for Regional Conformation Shows

Motion: by Michele Scarberry, NBW, seconded by Don Yelle, New England Regional Director, to approve USCA reimbursement for Regional Conformation Shows expenses up to $1,000.00 for fiscal year 2017.
Background: USCA wants to further promote and encourage clubs within USCA to host Regional Conformation Shows. Many regions struggle to get enough entries to put on these events and would like to continue, as in past years, investing in the regional conformation shows to make them better each year.
Regional Conformation Show reimbursements must meet the following requirements:
- The Regional Conformation Shows must be approved and sanctioned by the USCA Region hosting the event.
- Regional Conformation Show hosts must submit receipts for reimbursement to their Regional Director. The Regional Director will then be responsible for submitting proof of expenses to the USCA Treasurer in accordance with USCA reimbursement policies.
- Reimbursement amounts are limited to no more than $1000.00 per Region for possible losses at the Regional Conformation Show. Losses are determined by basing registration and sponsorship income against expenses of the Regional Event including but not limited judges expenses, event staff expenses, and trial facilities expenses.
- USCA has the final determination on reimbursements. VOTE RESULT:
