EB Motion #14-25 – To issue a probationary Breed Judge and Breed Master License for Don Yelle.

Motion by Nathaniel Roque, DOJ, and seconded by Michele Elmore, Secretary, to issue a probationary Breed Judge and Breed Master License for Don Yelle.

Background: Don has successfully completed the required apprenticeship to become a USCA Breed Judge and Breed Master. All apprenticeships were passed by the presiding teaching judges, and he also passed the final written test.
Don has the full support of NBW Heidi Theis, the USCA Judges Committee, to be licensed as a USCA Breed judge/Breed Master.  We believe he will be an asset to our USCA Breed Program
